If construction is not in your immediate future. Moraleigh Design Build also offers Design Work. Our experienced Design Team is available to help with whatever level of service your project needs.
1. Color and Design Consultation
• Typically at 2 hour consultation meeting to discuss colors and ideas for your home. A follow up email will be sent with selections and ideas discussed
2. Designer for a Day
• This option is best for clients that need help with ideas for layout or furniture and accessory pieces. This service will be for up to 8 hours of design time.
3. Designer by your Side
• For the client that needs more than a day to help find the perfect pieces for their space. Our Design Team will put together a moodboard (with detailed product information) for client’s review. This option is concept only.
4. Custom Design and Project Management
• The full service design option. It includes custom floor plans, elevations as needed, moodboards, product sourcing and tracking plus project management. Our design team will handle all aspects of your project to make sure everything runs smoothly.
